What is Oak1?

Oak1 is a personal AI you wear as a pendant or a clip. Just talk to it, and it helps with everyday things, works with the devices you already use, and gets to know you over time.

Can it help with health and medication routines?

Yes. Oak1 can help you keep track of medication routines, remind you when it’s time, check in on your wellbeing, and help coordinate refills through participating services. Tracking is based on what you share. It supports your routine without changing prescribed treatment or replacing your clinician.

Who is it for?

Oak1 is for older adults who want to stay independent, connected, and curious, with less technology to navigate. Join for yourself or for someone you love.

Can Oak1 keep families and caregivers in the loop?

Yes, if you’d like it to. You choose who’s connected and what Oak1 shares with them, such as a quick update after an appointment or a message to let them know you’re on your way. Nothing is shared without your permission, and you can change your choices at any time.

Will it replace my phone?

Oak1 lets you get things done just by talking, so you spend less time on screens. Ask it to book a ride, set up an appointment, make a shopping list, or help with the little things in your day. We’ll share the full list of supported services, and what you’ll need to get connected, before launch.

How does Oak1 stay connected?

Oak1 connects through Wi-Fi: your home network, any network you’re on, or your phone’s hotspot when you’re out and about. It needs one of these connections to help you, and we’ll guide you through setting it up the first time.

How does the $50 reservation work?

Your $50 deposit is applied toward your purchase. Final price and any subscription terms will be shared before the remaining payment is requested in January 2027. You can then choose to proceed or request a refund of your deposit. We won’t charge the balance automatically. One device per person.

When can I get one?

Shipping begins January 2027. Reservations require a $50 deposit, applied toward your purchase, and are limited to one device per person.

Which services can Oak1 connect with?

Oak1 connects with services for rides, health appointments, groceries, food delivery, and medication refills. Integrations with Epic and MyChart by Epic connect health records for tracking and more personalised, proactive support, with your permission.
