#### Hardware Engineer

Founding team. Make personal AI something people love to wear.

Own the hardware behind Oak1, from early prototypes to a wearable people can rely on every day.

What you’ll shape:
- Shape electronics, embedded systems, power and connectivity.
- Work across industrial design, audio and manufacturing to bring prototypes into production.
- Make thoughtful tradeoffs between size, battery life, reliability and everyday usability.

What you’ll bring: You’ve built and shipped consumer hardware, ideally wearables. Experience at teams like Apple, Oura, or similarly demanding product companies would be especially relevant. What matters most is what you’ve made—and how you think.

#### Community Managers

Community & customer success. Build the relationships that bring Oak1 into everyday life.

Lead community building and customer success as we introduce Oak1 to our first customers and communities.

What you’ll shape:
- Build relationships with older adults, families and community partners.
- Run demos, welcome early customers and make onboarding feel personal.
- Stay close to customer questions and turn real-world feedback into better product decisions.

What you’ll bring: You’re a thoughtful communicator who enjoys bringing people together and following through. Experience in community building, customer success or working with older adults is valuable. Curiosity, empathy and ownership matter here.
